Description

This job supports various tasks within TBC’s Technology Department encompassing Digital, Information Technology and Data and Analytics. This position will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in multiple areas focusing on practical applications of technology related concepts. Strong attention to detail, technical skills, strong understanding of technology concepts, and time management skills are required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of software and systems.
  • Assisting with program and portfolio governance of Technology projects including prioritization, budget and resource management
  • Assisting with software development, including requirements gathering, converting business needs to actionable design, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting
  • Assisting with Data and Analytics including platform design and management, master and transactional data management and report design using data visualization and analytical toolsets.
  • Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge in Technology
  • Supporting the Technology team or projects in reaching established goals directly relating to the success of the business
  • Networking opportunities through various planned events/meetings and activities to provide exposure to senior IT leaders and other facets of the company
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university with a focus on Technology, Computer Science, Data and Analytics or related fields
  • Must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, technical skills and personal motivation
  • Any prior work experience or relevant coursework; Special attention to working in a fast past environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish /English is a plus
