As a Sr. Analyst, you will be playing a critical role in providing guidance to Executive Leadership on achieving Enterprise-level financial goals by driving alignment across functions. This position requires you to collaborate with partners throughout FP&A, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and others on a consistent basis to consolidate and assess financial progress against short- and long-term goals/benchmarks. You also articulate findings in a clear, concise and decision-impacting manner to all levels of the organization and possess excellent comprehension skills in the face of ambiguity.

  • Drive accountability, transparency, and accuracy into the monthly Enterprise financial forecast and driver consolidation process. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts, heavily leveraging financial planning skills and business acumen.
  • Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable insights around trends and financial performance for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Measure key performance indicators and benchmark results across accounts, markets, business units, and channels and communicate results to Executive Leadership via dashboards and reports.
  • Assist in constructing Executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Own the processing, maintenance, and audits of data sets used in forecast or consolidation models and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Broad exposure to and across T-Mobile; opportunity to work with Financial Planning and Analysis groups connected to all parts of the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • +4 years of Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting.
  • +4 years of Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and US GAAP required;
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; Microsoft Teams/SharePoint a strong plus.
  • Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action.
  • Desire and demonstrated capability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment in a fast-paced industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills. The role requires effective communication and collaboration across multiple organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes through automation.
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation using Snowflake, SQL, and reporting/visualization solutions such as PowerBI, a strong plus.
  • Wireless industry experience a plus.

Base Pay Range: $67,200 - $121,200Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
