Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer

Location: Hybrid Role (3 Days Onsite) in Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12-24+ Months Contract.

Job Details:

• The team is moving a single application into ServiceNow
• They are moving an app that is in IBM TRIRIGA SW into ServiceNow. So the need is for someone who is ServiceNow certified and has experience with onboarding applications in to ServiceNow
• They will be building out tables in CMDB and several service request workflows
• The team are doing device scans and looking for security issues and potential risk of the business doing something they shouldn't
• Certifications we require would be CAD (Certified Application Developer) and CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• Security experience is good to have
• The data that is being worked with is called Shadow IT, it would be nice if they are familiar (it is when the business is doing development work that should be done in tech)

Description/Comment: (Responsibilities)

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
