Employee Benefits Offered Opportunity for career growth Paid time off Employee Discounts Responsibilities As our enthusiastic and hardworking SALES LEAD, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): Partnering with the Store Manager in daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, point of sale operations, inventory management, and donations. Assuming responsibility for all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store and/or Assistant Manager. Assisting Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive store sales and increase profitability. Scheduling Store Employees to ensure appropriate coverage in store and donation center. Ensuring high levels of Customer and Donor satisfaction through excellent service. Supporting Store Manager to ensure Back Room Processors work effectively to meet daily processing goals. Supervising and supporting program Beneficiaries. Protecting and securing store currency, inventory, and property. Ensuring building security during non-operating hours. Assuring safety measures are established and maintained consistent with ARC policy. Completing all tasks assigned by management. Position Objectives Provide customers with the best selection, exceptional service, and well-organized stores. Accountable for meeting store sales and income budget expectations. Create a positive environment for Beneficiaries through collaboration with program staff. Implement positive Work Therapy Assignments and keep Beneficiaries focused on their improvement. Qualifications Minimum of one-year previous retail experience; Supervisory experience preferred. Must pass a background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry. Effective communication skills with management, employees, customers, and donors. Physical Demands Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Written Communication : Write clearly and edit work for spelling and grammar. Teamwork : Balance team and individual responsibilities. Schedule Our stores operate 7 days per week. Employee must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education Required : GED or better. Preferred : High School or Equivalent.
