In-Store Marketing Representative

My Home Project Center – Partnering with Lowe’s

Location: Various Lowe’s Store Locations

Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Schedule: Includes weekends and flexible shifts

Reports To: Marketing Director

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you outgoing, approachable, and driven by helping people? My Home Project Center is

hiring In-Store Marketing Representatives to be the friendly face of our brand inside Major Retail

stores. Your role will focus on engaging with shoppers, sparking conversations about their home

project needs, and connecting them with our service experts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and interact with Lowe’s customers in a professional and friendly manner.

●

Identify customer needs and introduce relevant My Home Project Center services.

●

Collect and submit qualified lead information accurately.

●

Collaborate with store associates and maintain a professional in-store presence.

●

Meet weekly lead generation and performance goals.

●

Attend training sessions and team huddles regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

●

Experience in sales, retail, promotions, or customer service preferred.●

Strong communication and people skills.

●

Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.

●

Comfortable standing and walking in a retail environment.

●

Must follow Lowe’s in-store appearance and conduct guidelines.
