Job Duties: Insight Global is looking for a candidate to support one of our large healthcare clients. This candidate will support a robust Microsoft-based network running Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, etc. Under the guidance of IT leaders, some duties may include: managing incoming and outgoing assets, preparing systems for deployment, installing and maintaining PC hardware and software. This candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting network usage and computer peripherals, performing data transfer and recovery, and resolving network communication problems independently. This individual must be known for working efficiently with minimal supervision and must be willing to assist other technicians as needed. May be responsible for leading some refresh team activities as well. Compensation: $23/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
