The Analyst – Player Personnel is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Basketball Operations and Men’s Basketball Coaching Staff. This role is particularly involved in the development of current student-athletes while maintaining University and NCAA compliance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current student-athletes to further their personal and athletic growth. This includes individual development sessions as well as team setting development.

  • Attend staff meetings and monthly NCAA compliance meetings.

  • Participate in recruiting visits, as needed, to build positive relationships with prospective student-athletes and families.

  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with NCAA, ACC, institutional and departmental policies, and procedures.

  • General office management in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned or requested by Head Coach and Assistant Coaches.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education Requirements (Essential Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or applicable work experience

Work Experience Requirements (Essential Requirements):

  • Two years of relevant experience, specifically professional basketball experience.
