• Client Interaction: Engage proactively with clients to answer queries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive guidance.
• Policy Management: Utilize knowledge of personal insurance products to assist clients in managing and updating their policies.
• Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates within the company's CRM system.
• Communication: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Feedback Gathering: Collect client feedback and share insights with the team to enhance service offerings.

• Washington P&C License is Required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of personal insurance policies and procedures.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting, balancing both remote and on-site responsibilities.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
