Job Description

Description We are seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our law firm client's team in Phoenix, Arizona on a hybrid basis. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks related to commercial real estate transactions. You will be expected to draft and negotiate documents, perform due diligence, and close deals, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities - Handle the drafting and negotiation of documents pertinent to a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. - Conduct thorough due diligence related to real estate transactions. - Manage the process of closing real estate transactions. - Oversee the development, purchase, and sale of commercial real estate. - Handle real estate secured loans, modifications, and workout documents. - Utilize Case Management Software for various tasks. - Maintain and manage document management related to commercial real estate and commercial leasing.
