JUNIOR REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

A top-10 AmLaw firm is seeking a driven Junior Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group . Based in Boston , this opportunity is ideal for a junior associate who wants hands-on experience working on complex and sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts , in good standing.
• 1-4 years of substantive experience in general commercial real estate transactions .
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements , joint venture documents , and financing instruments .
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or SEC experience .
• Soft Skills: Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills; strong business judgment; attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the representation of clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions , dispositions , financings , and joint ventures .
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and ancillary agreements .
• Coordinate due diligence review , title and survey analysis , and closing logistics .
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to move deals forward efficiently.
• Participate in client meetings and provide timely, high-quality work product.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining a commitment to excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to range from $225,000 – $310,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Discretionary bonus opportunities are also available.
