Bear Creek Golf Complex is a premier 36-hole public golf facility in Chandler, Arizona, offering a unique “inland links” experience. The complex features two distinct courses designed to appeal to golfers of all skill levels:
The Bear Course – An 18-hole championship layout, stretching 6,825 yards with a par of 71. Designed by Nicklaus Design Group and architect Bill O’Leary, this course showcases strategic bunkering, rolling fairways, and well-maintained Bermuda greens, providing a true test of golf in a picturesque setting.
The Cub Course – A fun and approachable 18-hole executive course, measuring 3,552 yards with a par of 59. Perfect for beginners, juniors, seniors, and families, The Cub offers varied hole lengths and gently undulating greens, making it an ideal choice for a quicker, more relaxed round.
The facility also features a full Practice and Learning Center, home to the Combine Golf Academy, with a natural grass driving range, two practice putting greens, and a dedicated short-game bunker. Additional amenities include a full-service Clubhouse with a well-stocked pro shop and The Bear’s Den Bar & Grill, offering casual dining in a welcoming atmosphere.
Position Summary:
Manage and direct overall operational and fiscal performance of the golf, restaurant and maintenance operations in compliance with KemperSports policies and procedures. Develop and implement exceptional guest service standards in all related departments. The General Manager will execute a detailed operations plan and support of an extensive marketing and public relations plan. The position requires the need for an experienced high end daily fee manager who has a proven track record in these types of operations and displays exceptional leadership qualities.
