Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and skilled experienced painters to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to consistently deliver top-quality painting services. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques and a commitment to safety, provide excellent customer service, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, patching, and cleaning.

• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies.

• Protect surrounding areas and furniture from paint splatter and damage.

• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.

• Provide high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Adapt to varying weather conditions and work environments specific to Oahu.

• Transport materials to job sites.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience.

• Proven knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.

• Ability to prepare surfaces and apply coatings to a high standard.

• Experience with both residential and commercial painting projects.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

• Experience with spray equipment is a plus.

Working Conditions:
