Job Description

Salary: $86,700 - 124,900 per year Requirements:

  • We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with expertise in Procure to Pay and Source to Settle processes.
  • Proficient in creating Oracle Reports in various formats using reporting tools: OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Familiarity with integration methods, including File-Based Data Import and Oracle APIs; experience with Oracle Integration Cloud development is preferred.
  • Experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM, with skills in integrations, reporting, and security being advantageous.
  • Strong ability to lead business users and foster positive working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within an Agile framework is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • In this Senior Associate, Software Engineering role, you will be accountable for:
  • Leading production support and managing configuration changes in Oracle Cloud ERP to effectively support the Procure to Pay process across various modules, including Procurement, Accounts Payable/Invoicing, BPM Approval Workflows, and Supplier Portal.
  • Gaining detailed insight into the table structure of Oracle Cloud ERP (Procurement, AP, Financials) and Workday HCM (Integrations, Security, Reporting), with added insights into other modules being beneficial.
  • Recommending and developing tailored reports, extracts, and dashboards in multiple formats using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Supporting complex and customized approval rules and workflows within Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Managing production support requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to resolve production issues through activities such as research, managing and escalating service requests, system testing, and configuration.
  • Guiding solutions in alignment with the overall architecture and technology strategy of the firm.
  • Overseeing the documentation, configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements and upgrades.
  • Reviewing changes associated with Oracle/Workday releases and effectively communicating these to business partners.
  • Developing and maintaining user stories in JIRA and ensuring proper formal sign-off on requirements and user acceptance processes.
