• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other safety and environmental regulations while identifying and mitigating workplace risks
• Develop, implement, and lead safety programs, conduct employee training, and promote a strong safety culture across all operations
• Oversee waste management, hazardous materials handling, and sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact and ensure regulatory adherence
• Lead accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to prevent future incidents and maintain compliance
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement in EH&S policies and procedures
