Position Highlights:

• Compensation: Base pay ranges from $0.50 to $0.55 CPM, plus additional earnings of $150–$200 weekly for trailer movements.
• Mileage: Drive between 2,200 and 3,200 miles each week.

• Freight Type: Handle consistent, no-touch freight.
• Route Details: Routes commence in North Canton, OH, traveling to Maryland and Virginia, featuring 100% dedicated freight for reliable and predictable work.

Driver Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 months of Class A OTR or Regional Reefer/Dry Van experience within the last year, or 6 months of verifiable local experience, or a combination of OTR/regional/local experience in the past year, or 1 year of T/T experience with vehicles over 40ft in the last 3 years.
• Driving Record: No more than 2 moving violations in the last three years (excluding major violations). No more than 2 DOT preventable accidents in the past three years (no injuries, rear-end collisions, jackknives, or rollovers). No speeding tickets exceeding 20 MPH along with other violations during the same period.
• Employment History: Must have had no more than 3 jobs in the past year or 6 jobs in the past 3 years.
• Criminal History: No felonies in the last 5 years or misdemeanors in the last 3 years. Must be off probation/parole for 5 years (for felonies) or 3 years (for misdemeanors).
