This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States. **Responsibilities:** + Manage a high volume of inbound calls with expectations of taking around 50 calls per standard shift + Handle a high volume of emails during a standard shift + Perform data entry + Process customer payments via Billtrust + Investigate, approve, and request customer refunds + Help customers by answering questions about their account + Identify the needs of customers and resolve issues **Qualifications:** + Credit experience of 1 to 3 yearspreferred + Call center experience is a plus + Effectively communicate in writing and verbally + Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) + Highly detail oriented and have outstanding interpersonal skills + Ability to organize and prioritize work + Ability to adjust work schedule in accordance with job objectives + Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner. + React well in a fast-paced environment + Strong and accurate data entry skills + Ability to perform basic math functions At Ferguson, we care for each other.
