Your Role As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home consultation. You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships—understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. We're looking for positive, high-energy people who can handle the "no's" with grace and stay focused on creating new opportunities!
