Corporate Relations Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

About the Role:

We're looking for a Corporate Relations Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support key corporate initiatives, sponsorships, and marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, managing communications, and ensuring smooth sponsor engagement.
With a hybrid work model—two days in the office and three remote—you'll enjoy flexibility while staying connected with a dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
Corporate Partner Communications
Assist in drafting and distributing updates, newsletters, and event-related communications for corporate partners.
Work with marketing and design teams to create co-branded promotional materials.
Keep sponsors informed about upcoming opportunities and initiatives through regular communication.
Marketing & Campaign Support
Help develop marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and presentations, to promote corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
Support marketing campaigns through email outreach, social media, and website updates.
Ensure all materials align with brand messaging and maintain a consistent voice.
Sponsorship Coordination
Assist in executing sponsorship agreements, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Support on-site sponsor activities at events, handling logistics and addressing sponsor needs.
Serve as a point of contact for sponsors during events to ensure a seamless experience.
Database & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of corporate partners, sponsorships, and communications.
Generate reports on sponsor engagement and marketing performance.
Track key metrics to measure the success of corporate relations initiatives.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, corporate relations, events, and education teams to coordinate communication efforts.
Gather input from various departments to develop cohesive marketing strategies.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, communications, or partnership coordination (healthcare, education, or nonprofit experience a plus).
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to craft clear and professional messaging.
Organizational Strength: Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
Collaboration Mindset: Comfortable working across teams and building relationships with corporate partners.
Tech-Savvy Approach: Experience with marketing tools, content management systems, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
Flexibility: Willingness to support corporate events, including occasional travel or on-site presence for major events.
