Athletic Trainer – Training & Development
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a certified Athletic Trainer to train and support clinical and non-clinical teams. This role goes beyond traditional athletic training — you'll coach, teach, and create engaging training content to empower healthcare staff and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead in-person and virtual trainings for new hires and front-line staff
Develop and deliver video tutorials and training materials
Partner with clinical leaders to maintain up-to-date, accurate training content
Provide ongoing staff support, refreshers, and onboarding assistance
Qualifications:
Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with BOC certification and state license (or eligibility)
BLS certification required
New grads welcome; teaching or coaching experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
